Entrepreneurship Coach | Army Veteran | Author | Speaker | Advocate | Podcast Host
Airial Re’nal Dandridge, a Certified Life & Veteran Development Coach, is the founder of The Veteran Woman, LLC., a company dedicated to supporting and empowering female veterans as they transition from the military to civilian life.
Airial, like those she serves, is a 12-year Army veteran who once struggled to find direction during her own transition period. Held back by a lack of direction, limited resources, and personal trauma resulting from domestic violence, sexual harassment and military sexual assault, she felt alone trying to find her place in the world.
It wasn’t until she stumbled upon her own life coach that she found the direction and personal determination she needed to move forward, eventually creating The Veteran Woman program. Today, she teaches women how to use their military experience as an advantage to both their personal and professional lives.
Being a serial entrepreneur herself, Airial is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs start and grow thriving, profitable businesses based on their brilliance, passion, and calling. She leverages her 15+ years of experience and resources to mentor and consults on various aspects of entrepreneurship to support her clients on laying a strong foundation for their businesses. She consults on the technical, systems, and automation side of things and coaches on setting goals, releasing success blockers, and creating the right mindset to thrive as an entrepreneur while serving as an accountability partner and second pair of eyes.
When working with Airial, clients bypass the overwhelm, frustration and costly dead-ends common to startups, with a crystal-clear plan and path that delivers success and profit without the pain.

Business Launch Prep School is a 8-week live online course and coaching program designed to help aspiring small business owners develop a strong business foundation by first identifying your values, what they want our of life, who they want to serve and how, and apply that information to their start up. The result is the foundation of your dream lifestyle business. EMERGE is a 12-month live experience which provides you hands on marketing, master mind on steroids, implementation labs and much more. Both programs together result in accelerated progression, opportunities to monetize your brand, and a strong support system.
Rolande’s signature Triple-A Approach is a three-pillar system that helps organizations retain their great veteran talent, by acclimating, advancing, and aligning veteran employees to their organization.
