During my service I found no shortage of career development opportunities. There was leadership training, MOS identifiers, specific training for deployment and mission readiness. All of the training you received could be used towards your career advancement and leadership develop in some way shape or form. Nothing was wasted. Most training eventually lead to promotion points, which lead to advancement.
Leaving the military is like starting life over again. Instead of Uncle Sam and Aunt Rosie’s mission, you have a mission of your own. Your primary objective is to successfully transition into a new civilian life, full of freedom, hope and peace. So how do we go about making that happen?
Eligible applicants are either active duty or reserve women service members, honorably discharge service women, or spouse/life partners of honorably discharge, active duty or reserves service women. The application process is relatively easy and quick.
